Zendesk to Salesforce Integration Error

I’m currently trying to set up the Zendesk to salesforce integration and I've run into a problem. I followed the guide Setting up the Zendesk for Salesforce integration – Zendesk help but when I drag and drop the “ZenDesk_Ticket_View” LWC I get the error “Your browsing session has ended or is invalid. Please re-login to Salesforce.com again.”, but my connection to salesforce is fine. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? 


This is the error I get when I drag and drop the ticket lwc on the edit page. I've freshly reinstalled and double checked all settings but nothing seems out of place.

I figured it out. It was an unsupported browser problem. Switched to FireFox and it worked.

I have a user experiencing the same problem. He's using Chrome. It poped up every time he opened a Salesforce link from a slack message. How should we fix it?

Hey Evie, have you tested this out using a different browser aside from Google Chrome like what James did and see if you'll still experience an error? If not, we can create a ticket on you behalf and go from there. Thanks!

try this and let me know if this work for you or not..Thankyou

1. Go to session setting 

2. Set lock session to domain and ip address as false.

3. Re-login.

4. Check if working or not.
