Segment with Zendesk Help

Hey everyone!
Im new to Zendesk and just tried hooking up Segment. Everything appeared to be good but I am noticing when a user adds a second organization the first one is removed from their organizations list. I do have multiple organizations enabled in settings.
Does anyone have some advice on how to keep the user assigned to all their organizations?
Here is an overview of what we have set up with Segment.

Hi Josh,
Segment created the integration, so they'll be the best folks to contact in order to investigate this issue (especially since you do already have multiple organizations enabled in Zendesk). There's a "contact us" email address for them on the Segment App page in our Apps Marketplace. They'll be able to contact us if they determine the problem is on our end.
