    In this case, you'd actually want to use an automation (which is time based).

    CONDITIONS ALL

    Ticket: Hours Since Open > 360
    Organization Is X
    Tag Contains None Of The Following Reminder_Sent

    ACTIONS
    Email User (Agent)
    Add Tag Reminder_Sent
