I'll make sure that your feedback is passed on to the right folks here at Zendesk product, but I also wanted to point out that there is a setting you can use to automatically take you to the next ticket in case you missed it.
It's just to the left of the submit button. You can choose from the other two options as well as the default of stay on ticket. This setting is "sticky" so it will remember what you selected until you next change it.
