Add a new condition to triggers and automations to determine who closed the ticket

We would like to request to add a new condition to triggers and automations to determine who closed the ticket, as we want to send different emails when a customer solves a ticket and a different one when an agent solves it.

If I understand your use-case, you should be able to get that with the following conditions:
Meet ALL:
Status Changed to Solved
Current user Is (agent)
[Or for the converse, Current user is (end-user)]

It looks like Jonathan was able to provide a great option to your question, and it would be what I would suggest as well to track agent/end-user actions on the solves.
