Feature request: separate controls for "delete ticket" and "spam ticket" actions on roles

    Definitely upvoted. I know Zendesk is working on separating the redact ability from the delete permission so it would be good to have this also separated out

    Thanks for this feedback. Asking our engineering team what the level of effort would be on this to include in our separation of ticket delete and redact. I imagine it would be enough scope creep to delay the launch of the former, so would likely need to prioritize separately - but looking into it!
