Agent - print tickets to PDF

In previous months, as a zendesk agent I used my browser's Print function to print or save zendesk tickets to PDF so I could share with someone else for feedback. For a few weeks, all of my browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) only allow the 1st page to be printed and it is not the text of the ticket, it is mostly the lefthand side information.

Please fix it to print all of the pages or add capability to save the whole ticket to PDF!

Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for the feedback, and welcome to the community! The user tip you linked to is to add a print option to Help Center articles, so that wouldn't help you with printing a ticket anyway.

However, there is a (paid) app in our Apps Marketplace that will allow you to download tickets in pdf format so you can print them: Ticket PDF Download
