Would need to create a possibility, to make various actions with pop-up windows.
For example, - in ticket added more than 3 CC's, -> Pop-up warning
Sensitive information in ticket field -> Pop up warning
In short words, make it possible to create pop-up warnings in zendesk based on criteria, same as We create triggers.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We don't have the ability to create pop-up alerts planned in our near-term roadmap, but I have noted this enhancement. In the meantime, we will explore this request, and if it's something we add to our roadmap, I'll post an update in this thread. Thanks!

would be good to have the ability to create pop-up alerts for agents if certain ticket fields are missing or changed to something which is not allowed, e.g. assigning a ticket to group X while it is only allowed to get assigned to group Y and Z

There is a great app on the marketplace doing exactly that: https://www.zendesk.de/marketplace/apps/support/183197/notify/
The only negative thing is you must pay an additional $2/agent/month. For this kind of app, I prefer a per instance pricing.

how about receiving pop-up alerts in case agent refers to attachment in ticket text resp. conversation with customer and misses to add the attachment; depending on certain keywords - e.g. “atached you will find…” - alert goes off in case attachment is missing when changing the ticket status and sending the message
