Using GIFs or image attachments in Twitter Channel
Posted Feb 04, 2021
Hey all!
Not sure if this has been posted before, but I'm looking for a way to post GIF replies to users on Twitter. At the moment, the Twitter channel appears to be missing the attachment option. The GIFs we want to use are internal and not using a service like GIPHY.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Yes please - Images and GIFs has become a substantial part of twitter conversations and therefore is crucial for effective communication. Lacking this in the Zendesk integration is a major disadvantage

Why can't the Twitter integration simply have the rich text input interface that exist in the default tickets?

I fully agree with Iddo's suggestion. As customer support, it is crucial for us to provide detailed guidance to our customers, including sharing screenshots to help them troubleshoot effectively. This feature is essential and should be prioritized for implementation.
