Dependence in ticket/organization fields
I found great functionality in the standard Zendesk section.
In the "Ticket Fields" section, there is a "Type" system field. When you select one of the options from the drop-down list, an additional field for filling appears. Moreover, for each of the options, its own field.
For example, when you select the Incident option, the "linked issue" field appears.
Unfortunately, I found out that there is no way to create and configure my own fields in this way (support agent confirmed this). Meanwhile, such an opportunity would be very useful.
I am attaching a video for illustration. The names of the fields in it are in Russian, but I hopeit is clear what this is about.
Hi Valentin, I believe conditional ticket field can help you do so. However, I tried creating one but not successful yet. Hope you can do with the instruction
