    Great question! Basically you'll want to set up a schedule (or more than one schedule) and make sure to add Holidays to that schedule.

    Make sure to set your schedule to all tickets.

    Then you can update your existing triggers and/or add a new one for holiday-targeted emails to your customers using the "On a holiday" = yes condition.
