Set Trigger based on Organization Notes

I would like to create a trigger that posts an Internal Note of the content in the Organization Notes for every ticket from that Organization - would that be possible?

For your message, you should be able to use the following placeholder:

{{ticket.organization.notes}}

If you want this to happen only for tickets from a specific organization, your conditions should look something like this:
