can we add a button on the support widget?

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest how we can add additional button on the web widget.

We need this button to have a hyperlink to the HelpCenter knowledge Base.

But is there any way through which we can just add a hypertext to the helpcenter from the contact us widget in the website..

Hello Sujitkumar,

The widget cannot process html, so it's not possible to present a link from the widget in this manner nor as a button as previously indicated.

You could create a proactive trigger that fires once a visitor has navigated to your page or started a chat that could include a link, but this is would not be reflective of an inborn element of the widget itself but rather a sent message in the chat window.
