Versioning for countries (not languages)

I want to have multiple versions of an article and then deliver the right version to a user based on what COUNTRY they come in from. Is there a way to set this up? FYI, not talking about language support for this - all versions would be English.

Hi Donna,

You can restrict your Help Center content in a few different ways with User Segments, if you're on the Guide Professional plan. While you don't have the option to filter based on IP, you could leverage Organizations or User Tags to designate what content is visible to which user.

There might be some other Javascript solutions as well, but that kind of customization isn't something that Zendesk is able to help with. We have several coding gurus here in the Community who might be able to help with that.

Brands could be an option -- you'd create a separately branded Help Center for each country.
