Chat dashboard in Agent Workspace

    Hi @...,

    The chat dashboard will still be accessible after moving to Agent Workspace, however in a limited capacity. Chats can't be served through it anymore.

    The banning of visitors will still be possible, however, a preview of incoming messages will not be available.

    Thank you, this was very clarifying. We still have not migrated as we're trying to foresee possible doubts of our agents and make sure they do not struggle with the new interface.
