Macros available in side conversations
Currently, there is no drop down menu with the macros available when creating side conversations. This would benifit our work flow a lot as many of our side conversations are essentially templates.
I agree with Benjamin. Please let us know if this is in the road map.
This would be HUGE!
This would be critical for us! We currently don't use child tickets because our agents can't easily use macros once that conversations starts.
