For the past few months my team has been reporting issues with losing calls. Below is a screenshot of messages that is displayed in talk during such instances. We have tried different browsers but issue persist. Any suggestions or ideas on what could be the culprit? Or possible work arounds?

Hi Lateika!

Typically that error message is a result of a network problem. Please have the affected agents complete a hard refresh, then log out and log back into their accounts.

Additionally, please have them clear the cache and cookies of their browser. That helps a lot too!

Hi Josh,

Any chances Zendesk will fix this permanently? I think this happens from time to time, not really have a big impact as it's easy to fix but it's nice to have the error disabled for good

Hey Andrew,
 
There are no plans to have this error removed currently as it notifies agents when they are experiencing network issues when accessing the Talk product. If you notice that this error keeps popping up, you may want to check your network to make sure everything is running smoothly there.
