Digital line to support IVR

Issue
Digital lines do not support IVR and I can not have a web widget without using a digital line. But, I need IVR.

End Goal
Need to create a web widget or CTA button with a talk number that supports IVR

Any workarounds/suggestions would be helpful!

Sorry for the delay here - for this use case I would suggest forwarding your digital line to a secondary line that has an IVR menu via overflow.  The transition should be pretty seamless for the caller.
