Hey Zendeskers! I have worked in the recent past with a WordPress-based company's support team that uses Zendesk for trouble tickets, so I am familiar with the platform.
Fast-forward to today - I am building an online forum community for a very popular WordPress theme. The owner of the above company loves the idea, and wonders if I can include Zendesk support from within the community.
I have run across the title-mentioned two plugins. However, the community chat about them, and the updates to the plugins, seem to be old in a way that invites concerns.
Does anyone know if there will be continued updates to these plugins? Considerations are compatibility with WP 5.8 and with latest WooCommerce (as I've seen issues with these in even some of the more recent comments I've been able to find).
There is also a plugin called "CRM Perks – WordPress HelpDesk Integration – Zendesk, HelpScout" (etc.). It is recently updated, seems to be legit, but very few implementations.
Would love to get feedback from anyone with experience in this regard. Thank you! :)
