Repeatable fields or field sets
Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk Support should have a feature that makes a custom field OR sets of custom fields repeatable.
Description/Use Cases:
Having this functionality enables agents or customers to submit repeatable data without the hassle of managing extreme amounts of custom fields.
One of many use cases could be that internal support needs to report 10 laptops that are not working. Instead of having 10 individual ID fields, Room field, OS Field - an option for the end-user to simply press a "+" sign for each of the PCs he needs to report, would add a new field set to be filled out.
Another use case is that an e-commerce customer only wants to return 3 of 6 items from their order. Instead of adding the SKU's in a text field or the likes, they can simply press the "+" plus sign to get a new SKU field to fill out.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
The current workaround would be to create a dropdown field to select e.g. how many SKU's to enter, and then for each of the values in this dropdown, e.g. 1-10, there would be a SKU custom field. Depending on the chosen value, the corresponding amount of custom fields would show via. conditional fields.
Doing it like this is a nightmare to maintain - and if one is to keep a clean and nice Zendesk configured setup, this is not ideal.
