Make closed tickets visible in Interactions

Would like to be able to set parameters around what is visible in the interactions bar! Would like to be able to view closed tickets within that feature

    Yes! I was taught ALL tickets would be in the Interactions bar, just recently I found out that is not true. it seems old tickets are removed from the Interactions bar.
