Editing features for agent`s picture upload

Dear Zendesk,

we would like to have some edit features for the agents picture upload (cutting tools, filters, etc.). Currently it is just possible to upload a picture and it has to be quadratic, otherwise it is blurred.

    Hi Florentin Brendler

    Thank you for the feedback on uploading agent pictures. However at this time there aren't plans to include editing features to enhance or otherwise alter uploaded photographs. 

    I would suggest checking out third-party applications that could be installed on your computer to edit before uploading into Zendesk.
