    Hey Ronen Miral it's me again from that other post I just commented on. 

    I really appreciate the time you spent putting together this detailed feedback. As the product manager for our Instagram integration, I will definitely look into supporting media shares. I totally agree that this is a gap in the current offering and your example really helped highlight that.

    As for supporting Instagram in the Support mobile app, this goes hand in hand with the request for WhatsApp to be supported in the app and I have already forwarded this along to the team responsible.

    We really do want you to be able to centralize all communications as you mention and hopefully our future releases will reflect this.
