Calculating agents idle time

Using the time tracking app it would be great to also be able to calculate the agents idle time.  This will allow admins to understand how many minutes/hours each agent is actively working vs how many minutes/hours the agent is not actively working in anything related to support.

Thank you for that solid feedback! Currently there is not a specific option to count the idle time, however the app will indicate the total ticket time. That value could be subtracted from the total working hours an agent has (minus time spent on breaks, meetings, etc..) to give an approximate idle time. 

I will make sure this feedback is presented to the correct team, and feel free to follow along this thread for any updates.
