Dropdown fields with numeric input
Hi
Can we please make it possible that drop down custom ticket fields have an option of numeric input.
Right now it is only possible to have pre configured answers. What I need is to have a dropdown to select a field and then on ticket form be able to add a numeric value to that field.
Not sure why this is not an option currently

A dropdown field can have numeric values already; but dropdowns are for preset values, so you could make 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10... 256...etc as values. You can also create a numerical or free-text field where you could enter numerical value,
It seems you are wanting conditional fields where you select a specific dropdown option, and this shows you another field that you can enter numerical data into. Until you start with conditional fields, none of the Zendesk field types offer this behaviour.

There may be some apps available on lower plans, but not for starter I doubt.
