Customer Satisfaction info now requires a service upgrade
I think it’s terrible that something that was free and part of the dashboard now requires me to pay extra.
I feel like Zendesk is just nickle and diming us to death. What’s next on the chopping block? What’s a small startup that relies on ZD to provide exceptional service to OUR customers supposed to do.
In seven years, this is the most angry I’ve been with ZD and it makes me want to find a replacement.
We had an issue that resulted in the Satisfaction tab disappearing from the Reporting section. The issue is fixed and the Satisfaction tab should be available as normal. Our apologies for the confusion and inconvenience this issue had caused.
Feeling the same thing on another issue. :(
