    You can use javascript to autofill the subject line in your request form. This question has been answered here.

    Thanks for the heads-up on those links, I'll see if I can get those fixed. In the meantime, you can prepopulate the Subject (and other) fields in your ticket forms using Javascript: Prepopulate the fields of custom ticket forms
