Notification triggers on Organization change

    Hi Stephanie,

    Triggers and Automations are all based on events of a ticket. It is therefore not possible to use them to notify agents/end-users for changes on Users or Organizations.

    If you want to look at a specific organization, it could be worth to hit the Organizations endpoint of our API to see the last updated time of specific organizations.
