Hello, I have a problem, the time of registration in support does not coincide with the real time.
What I can do.

To answer your question, first, make sure to follow these steps and set the time zone accordingly : Setting time zone and format for Zendesk Support. Then, please, bear in mind that : Ticket timestamps in conversation view are different from the event view.
