One of our agents cannot log in to RingCentral within ZenDesk. The blue "Sign In" box is missing when he clicks on the phone icon in the top-right of the Zen Support page.
Screenshot attached is from my Zen Support page where I am able to log in to RC through Zen.
Any thoughts?

Hi Jon,
Looking at the Admin Guide linked on the RingCentral page in our Apps Marketplace, it looks like RingCentral can be configured to be available only for certain Roles and/or Groups – so I'd check the settings to make sure your user belongs to whatever Roles and/or Groups are specified.
I also noticed a mention that pop-up blockers should be turned off, so if their Groups and Role memberships are correct, you might want to have them check that as well.
Beyond that, you'll need to contact RingCentral, as they support their integration directly – there's a contact email on their Apps Marketplace page as well: RingCentral
