Context info gone, Active Visitors list for proactive chats gone - terrible change!

Migrating and enabling agents workspace just got rid of these two features: much of the info we had during chat in chat dashboard is gone, 

Website Visitors in Chat Dashboard we could see and proactively reach out, gone, I mean, explain to me, how is a change that you're advertising as an improvement an actual improvement since you're literally getting rid of featureS? 

You've just stripped us from a tool that has been really valuable to us. I just don't get it. It was there already, just keep it!

This is really bad.

The context Info panel is currently available in Agent Workspace as well. If you are referring to information like IP, Location, Browser Agent etc.. in the context panel, it should be available in the coming quarters. 

I am sorry to hear that Visitor list was very useful to you and is not available anymore. While we take this feedback and evaluate it, I would like to recommend you to use views, which is an existing available in the Agent Workspace. There is a good article shared in our community that may help with the use case that you have. You can check it here.
