I would like to expand the comments field in Side Conversations.

This is a request of inproving for disolay of Side-conversetion.
When we repried many time in the Seide-conversation,
input area became very small and we need to expand the area by scroll bar.
Please refer the attached image [req1].
Then please peep the default size of the input area even if there are many
previous e-mails.
Please refer the attached image [req2].
If it could be changed our work efficiancy would be inproved very much.
And it will be good for our all customers.
