Organization Notes and Details fields for Trigger Conditions

Hello! 

I'm looking to make a trigger based on whether or not the Notes or Details fields are present on the Ticket Organization. These fields are not available to select from the Trigger conditions.

Is there some other work around to check whether these fields have contents then run a trigger or automation on it?

The Trigger condition would only need to be "is present" or "is not present", but I could see additional functionality with the use of "contains" and "does not contain".

Fantastic question @....  I can definitely see solid use cases for this, where we might want some kind of special notification to be sent to staff right away if an organization has notes or details in their organization profile that are absolutely critical for any agent to review before handling their requests.

We don't have any conditions available for checking the presence of text with those fields when using business rules, but how would you feel about setting up something through custom text org fields instead? With text fields in organizations, thankfully that opens up trigger conditions for string/word searches in addition to Present/Not Present; pretty handy.

I need the same functionality.
I need this trigger in order to add the organization notes as an internal comment to the ticket. The plan is that only there are organization notes than add the internal comment.
