Feature request: Auto suggest common text entered in the body/description of tickets

Hi there,

It would be really great if Zendesk tickets could auto suggest common phrases/text that you regularly enter onto tickets.This would save so much time.

E.g I often say 'If you have any questions...' and would prefer to just press 'tab' to autofill the suggested rest of the sentence. Most applications (Google docs, Word, Grammarly) are smart enough to do this now.

Would be great if Zendesk just natively supported this.

+1. Free version of Grammarly is not secure. Would be great if Zendesk had this built-into email and chat!

This is important to me and many others, though most won't even know how to find this article to vote, because it would save a lot of waisted time and improve our productivity. At my company we are already trying to find other ways to do this like using mac keyboard shortcuts, but those require a lot of effort to set up and make you remember shortcodes you create. Typegenie apparently does this already, but you have to login with you zendesk account and thats scary to me. So if Zendesk could collaborate with them and integrate them in organically that would be great!

Upvoting! I currently do this with mac text replacement. For example, I made it so that when I type:

ilf

It will print:

Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you.

(the ilf = i look forward - so I use key phrases to remember them)

 

Obviously yes, would save time for it to be natively integrated, as well as it would also catch common phrases that I might not have thought to take the time to program in for myself.

This would be incredibly helpful to add for http://help.taskade.com/ and our contact form on https://www.taskade.com/contact if there is a way to embed auto-suggestions based on zendesk.
