[Support] Groups of end-users

    Hey Cyrille,

    Is there a reason why setting up custom organization fields wouldn't help with managing these users? Additionally, you can enable multiple organzations for end-users as mentioned in the documentation I've linked.

    As you mentioned, at this time there's no way to add end-users to groups since this is an agent feature only.

    Let me know if I'm misunderstanding your use-case.

    I am back on the subject.

    This is like a loop, custom organization fields do not help as some end users belong to multiple organizations. What I relly is another level of management for end-users, and this is what I call "groups of end-users". I know that groups is a agent only feature, on this is the issue.

    I also came across this issue.

    My customers are from the construction industry and one customer has multiple construction sites.

    I need the ability to divide end-users to construction sites and all those construction sites to one Organization.
    Is it possible today? 

    If not, is there a workaround?
