View tickets i am following from zendesk

I need an easy way to se notification of tickets i followed from zendeks.com (i dont need more mails)

see notifications from dashboard

..or

the option to make views of followed tickets..

 

This link this the only option right now https://mico.zendesk.com/agent/users/(your_agent_id)/followed_tickets

but in my eyes this is not an easy way to handled followed-tickets.

 

hope the time will bring a great solution :)

Is there an update on this? I would like to be able to add a view for the tickets I am following.

I was looking for an answer to this and here is what I found.  Sadly, there does not look like there is a way to add a View to list the issues you are following.  However, you can view them from your profile.

Click your avatar in the upper right hand side > Select 'View Profile' > Under the 'Tickets' tab, select the ticket type drop-down (defaults to 'assigned tickets') > select 'followed tickets'

I hope this helps until they are able to add this to Views.
