Export data from a Problem ticket

    I agree this would be very helpful. We often have 10-20 problem tickets at one time and we need to analyse the ticket data regularly.

    You can export the incident tickets for analysis with the help of API.I have documented workaround here

    +1 to this request as well, often times we are tracking recurring issues/themes we see from exports that can sometimes lead to us reevaluating prices we're charging our clients for services. It would be most helpful to have this information available  for easy download and would save on admin time significantly
