Synch Zendesk to Outlook

Hi Team Zendesk,

Can you help me for synch reply ticket from Zendesk  to Outlook.

Root cause I have Outlook email and already done intregate with Zendesk, but the problem when agent reply ticket from Zendesk I don't received on Outlook. Can you give solution for this problem.

An agent does not receive a reply to their own ticket because presumably when they reply they know that they have replied. You could create or modify a trigger so that the agent does received their own replies.
As far as I am aware there is no Outlook integration that synchronises Zendesk and Outlook. The Zendesk plugin for Outlook is for forwarding emails into Zendesk.
