Attach multiple Zendesk domains to one Jira

Hi,
We currently have two Zendesk accounts and one Jira account. We would like to be able to set up the Jira integration on both Zendesk accounts however currently the integration will only allow for 1 Zendesk subdomain to be connected at a time.

We are continuing to collect feedback on this request so please leave any comments if you would like us to build this into the Jira integration.
At the moment we don't have this on our active roadmap but your comments will help get this prioritised.

I would say that you don't fully appreciate the demand for this capability, as you have left this request languishing for SEVEN years. Seven years should be enough for any company to "significantly overhaul the whole integration". The sooner you put this on the roadmap the sooner you can regain the trust of your customers.

Implementing it would significantly enhance the integration between multiple Zendesk instances and our main Jira instance, allowing us to consolidate into a single Jira integration for all our instances. This consolidation will not only streamline our processes but also reduce security risks by minimizing the number of integration points, thereby strengthening our overall security posture.
