Show Problem ticket link in Views

Feature Request Summary:
Allow users to create views that can show the linked problem ticket, or other attributes. Alternately an icon or other visual indicatior in the view that indicates that the ticket is linked to a Problem ticket
Description/Use Cases:
Support escalation teams look for ways to prioritize their workloads in the most efficient way having data in one view for their workload.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Currently, there is no way for an agent to know at a glance from Views that a ticket is related to a larger problem (and can therefore be ignored until the larger problem is fixed). If there was a way to add the link to the problem as a column in views, it would greatly improve efficiency.

I need to see a count of how many Incidents are linked to each Problem within a view.
It is a waste of time to open each Problem to see how many linked Incidents there are when trying to determine which Problem(s) should be the next focus.
Analytics also doesn't provide a convenient way to view the summary of the Problem and the count of linked Incidents.
Ideally, I need a ticket view that does the following
- Filter by: Type (Problem), Status Category (Less than Solved)
- Group by: Priority (Ascending)
- Order by: Incidents (Descending)
- Columns: Status, Subject, Incidents, Main Area, Assignee, Jira Status, Request Date, Latest Update

Totally agree - upvote for all!
Being able to link incidents to problems is a great feature. We have just started using it to ease the work of our agents only to realize that their views will still be cluttered with incidents that should not show because the problem they are linked to is already in the view.
Would be particularly useful to be able to add the "Linked problem" field to views and also to be able to filter by it when creating views to exclude/include incidents that are linked to a problem.

This is a huge pain point that is made worse by the fact that you also cannot change the columns shown in the list of attached incidents under a problem ticket.
So you can't view important information on incident tickets via the problem ticket, and you can't work around it by building a more detailed view for incidents because you can't organize the view by the linked problem ticket...

Agreed. This is a simple change that allows better visibility of tickets linked to problem tickets.

This is a limitation for our organization as well to not be able to see the linked problem ticket in the views that are created.

We also need to have the "Linked problem" field visible as a column in a ticket view. This is a limitation among our users when seeing which tickets are linked to problem tickets and which are not.
