Chat ending automatically when agent leaves chat

Is there a way to do this in the chat setting or any other zendesk apps: an agent left the chat and the chat automatically ends?
For example, when the agent leaves the chat, the customers side will see like this:
Jeni P. left the chat
Chat ended
*Rate this chat* button
It automatically says "Chat ended" once the agent left the chat.
What I want to accomplish is to automatically end the chat once the agent left so it comes separate (I don't know how to detail it). So if a customer have another question, another agent might come and he/she won't get confused with the previous chat the customer chatted in the same day.

Hi Jeni,
On agent workspace, we are solving this problem to some degree, there is no concept of agent leaving the chat, once an agent ends the chat, the session ends but on the end-user side they still see
Agent Left the chat
Chat ended
But both these events are populated simultaneously
