Side conversation indicator in a view

    This is something we have ideas for. Out of curiosity, what is it you're looking for in your workflow by seeing a yes/no for side convos on the ticket? Do you normally only have one side convo per ticket (if any)? Would you need to see if it's been updated or anything along those lines?
