You're out of agent seats -notification

Minor thing but anyhow.

Zendesk has implemented a notification for situations were number of maximum agents is reached, or maybe exceeded:

"You’ve reached the agent limit on your *** account. To manage your agent seats, contact your sales representative"

Feature sends unnecessary emails to account owner, and some fine-tuning would be recommended. In these situations there should not be a notification, even if maximum number of agents would be in use: 

  • Agent role is changed 
  • Light agent is added

Completely agree, companies will likely use their number of agents and can extend the number of agent/admin licenses within minutes in Zendesk so the notification seems like a nudge to ensure companies keep 'spare' licenses unused in their account...

Agreed. I know I am at capacity and I don't need spare seats so why let me know that I'm at capacity.

+1! I don't want to be reminded either. I am aware of the licenses we have and if we need more, we will order them.
I just don't want to be bothered by some sales driven notification all the time.

Agree: Just got the same notification, and the wording makes it sound like no licenses is available.

It's at best bad wording, but if I was in a bad mood, I would say they are trying to sell unnecessary licenses.

This alert notification needs to go away unless a user is attempting to add an agent with no license.  Its annoying and awful.
