Show complete Organization name on User Profile (It's cut off!)

Hi!

I am hoping that Zendesk will please allow the Organization names to appear in full on hover. Bonus points for allowing us to drag the bar to fit our own preferences. Here's what I mean (this occurs often as we have Organizations with very long names....)

  This is a painpoint here too, we have a lot of long org names. Please allow for adjustable org panels.

  we have the same painpoint and would be very happy to find a solution here with hovering at least

  Seriously guys? A simple tooltip hovering request for the bare minimum UX! Is that too much to ask after almost 3 years on no solution whatsoever?
