New field type: Time

In addition to "Date" it would be great to have a "Time" field, where you can select hours, minutes and am/pm. My agency fields many requests where the time an incident happened is critical, and currently there is no way to enforce a properly formatted time with am/pm.

This was posted 5 years ago, any chance this can be put in place at some point? Seems like people have requested it consistently throughout the years.

Any update as to whether this will ever be considered?  We could desperately use a Time field, or a combination Date/Time field . . .
