New online chat widget in support
Chat widget is in a really inconvenient place virtually blocking the option to choose how you wish to solve a ticket.

I responded to your other post about this as well, but this is top priority issue we are working to resolve and it should be sorted out soon.
I believe this issue has now been resolved. Can you confirm that this button no longer covers up the submit button on your end?
