how to set notification emails about new ticketAnswered
Recently I've stopped receiving email notifications re. new ticket assignment. How can I get it back?

Seems you have deactivated trigger named Notify assignee of assignment if Not then check for any of the trigger condition has modified?
The Notify assignee of assignment trigger located under Admin>Business Rules>Triggers is what's sending out this email notification when a ticket is assigned. Once you activate this Trigger, the email notifications should receive.
NOTE: Under Triggers you can switch between Active and Inactive Triggers.

Many thanks for your prompt response! Unfortunately, I do not see the 'Business Rules' view in my Admin page (see the screenshot below):

I think you are on Agent Role and this is the reason why you are unable to see Business rules
These changes can be performed by user with Administrator Role.So i would suggest that contacting your zendesk Administrator will resolve this issue.
