How can an end-user see all the tickets assigned to an organizationAnswered
Created an organization and assigned the users to it. Also configured that the users can view all org tickets.
How can my users get to see the list of tickets that are assigned to the organization?
When these users log into your Zendesk Guide, they'll be able to view the tickets for the orgs under 'My Activities'
Go to My Activities > Requests > Organization Requests
If there is more than one organization you can use the drop-down under organization to see different organizations' requests. If you want to always see those tickets, click on Follow.
