Add/Edit a Footer for all Help Centre Articles
Answered
Posted Jan 27, 2016
Is it possible to add (or if there is already one, how can you edit) a footer in every Help Centre article?
We want to add a message to every article advising how to get further assistance - just a standard message that is displayed for every article without having to edit each article to insert it.

Hi Simon,
You can add the footer as follows:
Open the Theme Editor (regardless of the theme), and edit the Article Page.
Add the following paragraph above the article-vote div:
As a practice, for any class that you define yourself, add the suffix "__c" so you can distinguish it from the native classes and add custom css to it later.
Let me know if this helps,
Tal

Is it possible to update the footer in the email? I just need to update the verbiage that already exists.

Hi Farzad -
This thread is about Help Center articles; can you clarify which email you're referring to? i.e. are you asking about the email notifications that get sent to users when someone comments on a Help Center article, or something else?

Hi Nicole
I was able to figure it out. It was under settings, Manage, Dynamic Content, Signature. Thank you for following up with me.
