Adding Salesforce Projects

    I'm not positive what you mean by the term "Project" as this doesn't appear to be a standard SFDC object that I can see.
     
    The data sync portion of our integration deals with these standard objects:
    • accounts
    • contacts
    • leads
    The sidebar app could display information about a custom object if it's directly related to the Account/Contact
     
    Our Ticket View pages can only be embedded directly on pages for these 4 objects
    • accounts
    • contacts
    • leads
    • opportunities
     
    If you're syncing tickets over to SFDC to create cases, our native integration will attempt to associate that case with an Account/Contact/Lead, but associations to other objects (like a "Project") would have to be handled by custom workflows within Salesforce - not something our integration can do natively.
